Yes, the File serializer is it. Use it like this in 3.0 beta, in
conjunction with the XML converter:

<p:input name="data" href="#document"/>
<p:output name="data" id="converted"/>
</p:processor>

<p:processor name="oxf:file-serializer">
<p:input name="data" href="#converted"/>
<p:input name="config">
<config>
<directory>C:/TEMP/</directory>
<file>my-file.xml</file>
