boolean input / checkbox and page refresh again

An addition to my recent post about the supposed bug concerning the
display of xforms:input referring a xs:boolean element: The same problem
occurs when issuing a refresh of the instance containing the boolean
value element, not only when toggling between different display states
as described yesterday.

For example, i have a xhtml table displaying instance records using a
repeat. One of those values is a boolean value that should be accessible
through a xforms:input checkbox. If i issue a submission that replaces
just the data instance, thus refreshing the table, the checkboxes are
replaced by text input boxes.
