I got that I suppose that was due to my own custom button ... can you please let me know how can I call my own action on orbeon-form builder "Save" button ???

It depends what you want to do.

You can't modify the Save button proper without modifying Form Runner.

But you can use the workflow-send button to send the data to your own service:
