I have read the guide on form builder on http://wiki.orbeon.com/forms/doc/user-guide/form-builder-user-guide

At the end it indicates a call to a service which returns items for selection control.
This picture shows a "Service to call"  echo-service, which does not appear on my version.
Also, it shows under "Source Control" Label 1, which does not appear with a select1 on the form.
Then it shows a Values under "Set Response...."
Where do these come from?

If you only want a select1 to include a list of Labels (Cat, Dog, Bird), why is item[1] and item[2] indicated for destination XPath?
