Yahoo! UI minimal libraries

The size of the JScripts in OPS pages has grown considerably and
commonly total to 300-400K+
The latest release of the Yahoo! library include minimal versions of the
files that are typically 60-70% smaller.
I would suggest including these in OPS pages instead of the full
commented source code (yahoo-min.js, connetion-min.js,
etc.events-min.js, etc.)
