I am using the YUI RTE and if the user creates a entity by hitting the enter key twice, the resulting PDF file will throw an error because that entity is not allowed. How do I resolve this error. I put the Doctype declaration entity reference at top of xsl but this did not work <!Entity nbsp " ">.
