My very limited experience with XForms designer has not been good so far.
In my opinion, that kind of designers tools are "demo" or "bullet point"
types of tools: they will look reasonably good for simple demos, and
look nice on the vendor's web site ("hey, look, we have a designer"),
but once you start trying to build a real application with real user
interface logic, they fall completely short (and this is not only true
for XForms, but for other technologies like JSF).
This said, you may want to look at the Intalio designer. You can
evaluate it by going to www.intalio.com, following the "Get Your BMPS
Now" link, and registering. You should then have access to downloads.
