Xform issues with Firefox 4.0

Hi Hasan,

The change is most likely in xforms.js. I quickly went through the
commits we have on that file, but couldn't quickly single out a change
done between versions 3.6 and 3.7 to fix this. This is all pretty old
(3.7.1 was released more than 2 years ago, and we are looking for a
change done before that), so my recommendation would really be to
upgrade to 3.9.
