XXforms:tree not working in Liferay

i discovered the same problem too. The tree view is not working in combination with Portlet and Internet Explorer. There is always a Javascript Error in Line 91, Character 42917 which complains about "data.value is null or not an object. Then the form seems to be completly broken and is unuseable.

With Firefox, the tree works as desired.

Yes, it's working perfectly in a servlet environment. For example if i use the sandbox to run the form it's ok.
