XML schema validation

Hello,
i am new in Orbeon Forms. I want ask, if i can have xsd schema as alone file. Because if i upload a schema, it insert code inside the form xml. If is posible have alone schema.xsd, in witch folder i must give xsd, and where can i say to form, where xsd is.

Next question is, if is possible schema validation in CE version. Because description about Orbeon Forms say no, but when i try it in CE, it works. Schema was inside xforms xml.
