XML Parsing Error: prefix not bound to a namespace

Hi Folks

When I access some resources get the following error in some occation? Lets say Im accessing http://localhost:8080/my-app/myAction.htm. For first 3,4 times its appear correctly but after that genarates following error. To get the correct page I have to restart the tomcat.

Location: http://localhost:8080/my-app/myAction.htm

Line Number 1, Column 39:<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?><null xsi:nil="true"/>
