Windows 8 Touch Keyboard

I access web form via iPhone and when cursor placed in input field, keyboard pops up.

Hi Brian,

So you're saying it worked with touch devices using Window 7, but not
Windows 8? Would you be able to access the same form with an Android
or iOS device, to see if the problem happens there too?
