Why does the url element comes first in url generator config?

Hi,

Title says it all ;) ...

In url-generator-config.rng, it is specified that when there are several
options in the url generator's config, the url must come first and the
other options can come in any order.

Is there a technical reason for that?

I don't think so since the url is read, when there is no "shortcut"
through an XPath expression:

String url = XPathUtils.selectStringValueNormalize(configElement, "/config/url");

Couldn't this be changed?

I don't think there is a reason. What about the attached url-generator-
config.rng, would that work better? If so I will check this in.
