WG: insert bug attachment

I attached an example that shows a reproducible bug.

If an repeat references a collection, that is restricted using a predicate, the index() function seems to get confused.

I suspect, the index() function is just focusing on the whole collection, not on the subset.

 

This happens both with version 3.0.1.200602032326 and version cvs (HEAD).

 

I could not find a bug in the tracker, so I hope this is not yet reported ;-)
