Versioning and eXist-db?

Hi,

Versioning (in the upcoming 4.5) will initially only be supported for relational persistence. Will the versioning headers be included in eXist-db calls even though they won't take effect until some later release?

Hi Hakan,

Exactly; the HTTP requests to the persistence are the same whatever the database is, but at this time the implementation for eXist hasn't been changed, and hence doesn't use those headers, which means it doesn't do anything for versioning.
