Using http headers for SSO in a separate deployment portal scenario

Jimmy
We would like to pass a http header to the urls used in our submissions. To be more precise, I would like to pass in the currently logged in user in the header.

In standard standalone mode I can just put the header in my request and let Orbeon pass the header along. However, how can I add the header to my request when using Orbeon in a separate deployment scenario with the portlet filter? Where in the chain should the header be added?

Cheers,
Jimmy

Jimmy,

<xforms:submission> supports a nested <xforms:header> element, as per
XForms 1.1, which allows explicitly setting submission headers. Did
you try that?

I was not aware of this possibility to add headers in the submission. This suits our needs perfectly.

Thanks a bunch, Erik!
