Updated OPS XForms examples online

All,

FYI we have updated the OPS examples to the latest nighly build:

   http://www.orbeon.com/ops/

The DMV Forms example in particular has seen some nice enhancements,
including:

o Error summary at the top
o Nice license plate display
o Read-only version of the form
o Dynamic resources switching between English and French
