Unauthorized Orbeon Forms

We have a number of Orbeon servers serving forms to a service and occasionally we are seeing instances where a form is responding as 'unauthorized'.

Testing locally or via our load balanced url produces the same error.

Tomcat access logs show the 403 error but there's no obvious reason why.

The unusual factor is that the forms will work for quite a length of time (days/weeks/months) but will at times just stop and the only way to regain access is to restart the Tomcat service.

Sometimes it may one form out of 6 affected, sometimes more, and there has been cases where the entire collection isn't working.

Has anyone seen this behaviour before?

Hi Joe,

Are you seeing any error in the `orbeon.log` when that happens?
And if you're not familiar with the `orbeon.log`, see:

Hi Joe, did you get chance to check the `orbeon.log` as suggested in my
previous message? If so, have you found anything useful there relative to
this error?

Sorry for the late reply, been caught up with other issues.

No errors in the orbeon log. The log just backs up the unauthorized message.

Hi Joe,

This is really curious: what version of Orbeon Forms are you using? Also, do
you have any permissions defined on that form, through the Permissions
dialog in Form Builder?
