Could this have happened because you have stopped and restarted the
server between the time you loaded the page and the time you triggered
the submission? If not, are you using a 3.6 release (this used to happen
with 3.6 of the memory store was setup to be "too small", which was an
issue because sizing it appropriately was hard). Otherwise, if you have
this with 3.7 beta 1 or a recent nightly build, we would be interested
in seeing a reproducible case so we can address it.
