UTF and Orbeon

arman danesh
Dear Friends,
Sometimes ago I reported a problem regarding showing Persian characters in Intalio which is using Orbeon in the server side to support XForm. My problem was that when I designed an XForm with Persian characters, the ? character was shown. I downloaded the new version of Intalio and the problem was solved. Now I have another problem in this regard and I hope that will find a response.
When I fill out a form with Persian Characters and submit the form, ? is shown instead of Persian Characters. Please not that this problem differs from old problem. In old problem, the names of field were shown incorrectly but now the content of fields filled out with Persian characters are shown incorrectly. It seams this problem is for Orbeon which generates the html pages.
Any comment is welcome,
Arman

Hi Arman,

Orbeon is supposed to use UTF-8 all the way, so I am not sure where
the issue occurs in your case. I took the XForms Control example, and
copied/pasted such characters which I found on a web page. They are
correctly returned to the client in the instance inspector.

Is there any way you can make a reproducible case for this?
