Where can I find detailed information about the namespace
xmlns:ui="http://orbeon.org/oxf/xml/examples/ui"?

There is really nothing particular in Orbeon Forms about that
namespace. I see it used in the To-do list example, but it could be
http://www.foo.com/bar. The intent in this example was to make it
clear that in the instance there were part related to the data that is
captured and others that were just there to support the UI.
