Toggling between HTML Area and output

fl.schmitt
Hi list,

while exploring the HTML area, i noticed a strange behaviour. In a XForms page, i want to toggle between the (not-editable) text output of a XML Node and a (editable) output of the same node in a HTML area.

To test this, i put a simple example file (attached as test3.xhtml) into the XForms Sandbox. But when i put the HTML area into the xforms:case part, it gets displayed immediately; the toggle button has no effect at all. If i put any other xforms control there instead of the HTML area, toggling works. I don't understand why usinge the HTML area breaks the toggle mechanism.

In the attached file, the second xforms:case contains two xforms controls, one is commented out for testing.

Could anyone check the example? Thank you in advance!

Florian

Florian,

I don't reproduce this with the latest CVS. The HTML area is initially
hidden, and then only appears when you toggle the case.
