Tinymce pop-up window problem

This is probably overkill and I believe that the only area necessary was under the " <!-- Build public resources JAR -->" section. But since I wasn't sure what the " <!-- Fix EOL -->" sections dealt with specifically, I felt it best to just cover the bases.
