The best case cache scenario for Form Runner

Hi,

is it possible to achieve the best case cache scenario for Form Runner?

I always get the second-best scenario for Form Runner-compatible forms (Orbeon Forms 4.0.0.m10.201208212303 PE).

There is no problem to get the best scenario for plain XForms documents.
