The alert icon does not disappear with 4.1

Hello,

I'm trying to migrate from Orbeon 3.8 to Orbeon 4.1, and I noticed an issue in 4.1 with the alert icon :
Sometimes, when the value becomes valid, the alert icon doesn't disappear !

However, the error summary is empty and the tooltip is not active.

If I refresh the page, the alert icon disappear.

I try with firefox 20, IE 8 and 9, and chrome (last version).

We don't use Form builder, but only the xforms engine and we write our own page.

I reproduce this issue on my page, but also on the example xforms-bookcast. (screenshot : issueAlert.jpg)

I use tomcat 5.5.25 and jdk 1.6.02.

Do you have any idea where is the problem ?

That sounds like a bug; would you be able to create a simplified example that reproduces this and attach it to your response?

I had the same problem at version 4.2.
It can be seen at the demo app at orbeon.war distributed (orbeon/xforms-bookcast/).
The occurs only after the tool tip have been shown. There is then a javascript erro "TypeError: alertElement is null" as seen in image.
