Tabindex in repeating region help!?

JohnBampton
Hi all,

I have a repeating region with two input fields in it.

I have the tab order set up so that the first field is 1 and the second is 2

But when I click on the add trigger to add another region the tab order is messed up.

It goes from the first field in the first region to the first field in the second region then to the second field in the first region and then to the second field in the second region.

How do I change it so that it goes from 1 to 2 in the first region, then 1 to 2 in the second region?

Any ideas?

Regards,

John.

Good question. I think that the best way to do this would be by using an AVT in the tabindex attribute. However AVTs are not supported in that attribute at this point. I have added and RFE for this (link below). We'll investigate in the next couple of weeks and just implement it if this is something straightforward to do.

Another solution would be not to use a tabindex attribute at all, in which case pressing tab will just follow the normal on the screen.

Bump +1.  We also require this feature.  The default tab order across fields in s (left-to-right) does not follow the logical flow of our fields.
