Support section added to the FAQ

We have just added a section about support to the FAQ. Maybe the most
relevant item in the Support FAQ is: How to report an issue in the
Orbeon Forms mailing list? Most of you already know all about this, as
we merely describe the practices that have worked the best here in the
past.

You can find the full FAQ on the page below, and then scroll down in
the table of contents to "6. Support FAQ".
