Summary Page never load and Gives 502 Error

Hi I am using orbeon 3.9.1 PE and exist db.

I am facing a lot of problems in summary pages for the forms.

Many summary pages are broken and not able to load.

Can you tell what could be the possible problem.Even after server re-start these summary pages do not load.However /new page is able to load and save.

Hard to say without additional information. When you load one of those summary pages that fails, are you seeing a corresponding error in the orbeon.log? If the error isn't very telling, feel free to attach the relevant part of your orbeon.log to your response.
