Submit go URI fails to work

Folks,

I had asked this question earlier but it got mixed up in a different
discussion that came up in that thread.

Basically, I am trying to redirect to a different URI following a submit
button click. I specified the absolute XPath expression in the go URI
attribute (as a simple proof of concept) but however, I get an error on
Orbeon server side. I am trying this with Orbeon 3.8 PE (stable version, NOT
the nightly build).

I followed the instructions as per this documentation:

Let me know if this can be resolved.
