Strange clash between range control and html edit control (Firefox only)

Nigel Harrison

All:

We get a strange (and I think, new) error when using the range control and the html editor control in combination.  The error does not reproduce in www.orbeon.com XForms sandbox, but exists in the latest build.  Please see the simple test case attached.

The error occurs during loading the form.  Firebug reports "FCKEditorAPI is not defined" at line 2598 in xforms.js (which may or may not be connected with the problem: my JavaScript is, to say the least, flimsy).  The Loading indicator stays on.  If you comment out the lines that show the range control, the problem goes away.

Regards

Nigel
