Server events optimization

Does anyone know if this option is still supported:

<property as="xs:boolean" name="oxf.xforms.server.events.plain-value-change" value="true"/>

I find it documented here:

http://wiki.orbeon.com/forms/doc/developer-guide/configuration-properties#TOC-Server-events-optimization

But I don't see any reference to it in properties-base.xml or properties-xforms.xml

Even better; has anyone seen a performance improvement as a result of setting it?

I should say, I'm using 3.7.1-dev.

This was added after the 3.7.1-dev release. You can get this in
nightly builds, which you can get from the usual download page:
http://www.orbeon.com/forms/download. In nightly builds, you'll see
this property defined in properties-xforms.xml.
