Hi Bruno,

Previously logged into the web app, or the server? If the former, that is surprising, as sending emails shouldn't be related to the logged in user. In all cases, when sending fails, are you seeing something about it in the orbeon.log?

Hi Bruno,

This is the error from the code that calls the service doing the email sending. There should be another exception before that. And if possible, could you copy the whole stack trace or relevant section of the log (which you could also put in an attached file if more convenient).
