Currently, the path is computed as:
1. value of property oxf.fr.persistence.service.exist.uri
2. followed by the paths defined here:

change our eXist persistence pipeline, under RESOURCES/apps/fr/
persistence/exist/crud.xpl. (That file is now in orbeon-form-
runner.jar by the way.)
