Script included for portlet

Can somebody tell me when the script includes come from when using OPS in a portlet.

When running without a portlet it gets them from themes.xsl (I can change this file and see the changes in my output), but when I use the epilogue-portlet. Xml the changes don't appear. I've noticed that they are already included in my document at the very start of epilogue-portlet so it isn't the xsl in here.

I tried looking for it in the source code for the xform-output processor but couldn't find it there either.

The reason I'm looking is that currently the output of the scipts has the following format <script src="…"/> and I discovered that it needs to be <script src="…"></script>. I've used a stylesheet in epilogue-portlet to change this but it would be more efficient if I could change it at source.
