Retrieve control lists of my form builder

is there a way to retrieve the checklist of my form builder? I just want to have a list of the names of the controls in my form. is there a call that returns a clean list as it does in the action editor as from the image?

From where would you need to retrieve that list? And could you share what
the purpose would be, and what you're trying to do with this?
