Hi Julien,
"Responsive CSS" is implemented at the level of Form Runner, for instance so
fields that on a "desktop" show in a grid, instead on a "mobile" show
stacked up, this to avoid horizontal scrolling.
If you don't use the higher level features that come with Form Runner, such
as the aforementioned grid, or error summary, or default buttons, there
isn't that much related to responsive design that plain XForms can do for
you. But of course, just let me know if I'm missing anything, or
misunderstood your question.
