Welcome to the community list! Are you using a recent nightly build?
If not, I would recommend you try again using a nightly build. You can
download one from:
http://www.orbeon.com/forms/download. If you still
have this problem with a recently nightly build, could you give us
more information on how we can reproduce this? Are you getting this
with Form Builder, or with your own form?
