Receiving Validation Error when no validations exist on form

Part 1:
I just created a new form and it has all of two sections with one 'text output' object in each.  No required fields have been setup.  When I test the form and validate it I get the following error:

'Unable to complete action
There are validation errors.  Please retry once all filds have been properly filled-out'

Part 2:
I was receiving this error on a more complicated form which has 2 required fields and thought that some bug had been introduced with all of the changes I made, so I created a new form and still getting the error.

Hi Mary,

This is rather strange; I am not aware of any problem of that sort. What version of Orbeon Forms are you on? Can you reproduce this creating a form on http://demo.orbeon.com/orbeon/fr/orbeon/builder/new, which is running Orbeon Forms 4.4?
