Hi Eric:
Here is the form as it stands right now. I have other iterations of it as I have been trying different approaches! I am also calling in all the instances in externally. I had one codelist file that worked fine before I did the upgrade but since I did the upgrade I think that it might be too large to handle because when I call it in now it hangs. Thanks!
