I'm attempting to upgradeOrbeon and the proxy portlet runing inside liferay 6.2. There is an error in orbeon.log that says "XPath syntax error at char 25 in {... let $params := xxf:split}: expected "in", found ":=" ". I can only find this once in the Orbeon source at https://github.com/orbeon/orbeon-forms/blob/master/form-runner/src/main/resources/apps/fr/components/universal-submission.xml#L32 . I can't spot the syntax error. And Orbeon seemed to work fine outside of Liferay when I tested it.

And then it started working.

Hi Aaron,
Maybe some "residue" from the previous version (classes, jars) was left around just after the upgrade? Anyhow, you'll let us know if you're seeing this one again. Alex

This morning we also experienced that the services and actions weren't loading the dropdowns in our liferay embedded form. Restarting liferay again appears to have fixed it for now.
Yesterday I clicked delete for a draft listed on the summary page, hoping to leave the non-draft version. The non-draft version continued to show in the summary, but when I clicked on it I got a 404. Reindexing didn't change the situation. But after deleting the row with the deleted draft from the database I was able to open the form again. Hi Aaron,
About the issue with the services and actions that solved itself after a restart, if you get this another time, could you check if you have any error in the orbeon.log when the dropdowns fail to populate? About the draft deletion, indeed, deleting a draft must leave the non-draft. However deleting a non-draft is expected to delete the corresponding draft, if any exists. You'll let us know if you can reproduce this issue. Alex
