Properties file name change between 3.7Beta1 and 3.7Beta+

I discovered that properties.xml holds all properties in 3.7Beta1 and it is split in to properties-base.xml and others in 3.7Beta+ (including nightly builds).

Just FYI. It might be already documented but if not, doing so might help ease some upgrade pains.
