Possible Bug

The input label shows up for an element before it has been inserted.  If the element is inserted, then deleted, the label will disappear.  When this block is part of a repeat it doesn’t happen for the first node but all the following nodes.

I’ve spent quite a bit of time trying to correct this strange behavior.  I believe it’s a bug.
