Please need help regarding Section templates

Hello All,

 I have followed the steps mentioned in document

Form Builder supports defining reusable sections called section templates. Here is how they work:

    You create sections in a special form with name "library".
    => created app name orbeon  and form name library
    => created two components with database service and action



    You publish this form.
    ==> then published form

    For each section in that form, Form Builder creates a reusable component.
    The component is made available in the Form Builder toolbox under the "Section Templates" category.
    The title of the section is used as the title of the component in the toolbox.

   After this process i have created new form  and added created section template



  but action involved for two components are not added as database service and action.
 
  Services and actions

  Actions involving controls in a given section are automatically included with the section template, along with the services called by the actions.
 
  Can you please tell me how to show database service and action related with the items involved in section template.

  Please help me to solve this issue.
