Pipelines: Consuming and ignoring an output

Ralf Jung
Hi,

as the documentation for XForms submissions in XPL Pipelines at
http://www.orbeon.com/orbeon/doc/processors-submission says:
"You have to consume the response output in order for the submission to be
performed, even if you do not wish to handle the response document. "
Is there a way to consume that output, but ignoring it? So far I found no
other way but forwarding it to the output of the pipeline, but I just want the
request to be performed and be done.

Kind regards,
Ralf Jung
