Hi Alex, Please see the following screen capture. The highlighted one are the pick list. When I click on these, it will open a popup using which I can select the
values and it will populate my text field.

Hi Hemant, I see; no, there is nothing like that supported in Form Builder. One could create an XBL control that does that, maybe a little bit like the "Dialog Select", but, again, right now this doesn't come out-of-the-box with the product. Thanks Alex.
I probably won’t need it. However I was just listing down what all UI fields are not available OOTB in orbeon form and noticed that one of the field is pick-list.
