Persistence REST api - order of operations

bwallis42
I've noticed that when a template or form is saved that the attachments are saved first followed by the form (or template) xml data.

Can I rely on this order of operations? I would like to save the form and attachments as a single atomic operation and so want to temporarily store the attachments and then perform the atomic document save when the document data is received.

thanks

Hi Brian,

Yes, you can rely on the attachments being saved first. And the data won't be saved if saving any of the attachment failed.
