Hi Erik,

would it be possible to update the 3.9-ce-stable branch in github, so we CE
users can also easily benefit from this update (by compiling ourselves)?

The idea for the PE dot releases is to be a benefit for PE
subscribers, so at this time we have decided not to spend time working
on a 3.9.1 CE branch of build. Of course when the next major release
of Orbeon Forms comes out, both editions will be in sync again.

This said, all the bugs fixed in 3.9.1 PE are also included on the
master branch on github, and most of them have a link to their
respective git commit included in the respective bug tracker
description. So you can easily cherry-pick fixes you want on top of
3.9.0.

Some issues don't have a SHA1 included, but that is more oversight
than anything. If you need help with a particular commit please let us
know!
