Orbeon Forms 3.9.0.post.201109080033 CE behaving strangely

Hi All,

 I tried to install Orbeon Forms 3.9.0.post.201109080033 CE but it is behaving strangely:

1. ERROR ProcessorService  - Exception at oxf:/apps/fr/theme.xsl (executing XSLT transformation)
java.net.SocketException: Software caused connection abort: socket write error
2. The Form Builder Summary, clicking on the form to edit displays access forbidden to the given resource
3. Creating New Form does not display Application name(s) in the combo box
4. Catalina stdout displays exists stale lock files unable to be deleted
5. log4j:ERROR LogMananger.repositorySelector was null likely due to error in class reloading, using NOPLoggerRepository
6. ERROR XFormsServer  - xforms-submit-error - response {status code: "200"}
7. orbeon/newbuilder does not display any UI

I have tested this configuration on Windows 2003 Server Service Pack 2 and Tomcat 6.0.29

Can anyone guide me whats happening?
