Orbeon Error happens - Inserting from Service

We are trying to insert XML into instance on page load event from a web service.

Orbeon throws this exception,

Any thoughts to resolve?

Hi Vedha,

What code are you running exactly? With which version of Orbeon Forms? Would you be able to share with us a small example that we can use to reproduce the problem from our end?
