Orbeon Builder vs XFORMS coding

I am designing an invoice form that has an item area with 7 columns.  When using the builder, I am restricted to 4 columns.  However, I was able to modify the code to display additional columns.  Is there a way to get by  the 4 column limitation  with the visual form builder?  Is there a configuration setting I can change?

Craig,

There is no such configuration at this time, but we have a customer
requirement to improve on this soon.

In the meanwhile if you really want this, you will have to hack Form
Runner/Builder. See in particular:
